Payments

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

The Customer may pay for the Products in the order proposal and shipping costs via Stripe, PayPal, Scalapay, or cash on delivery.

Each user declares to have the full right to use credit cards or other payment instruments usable on the Site and that they have sufficient credit to cover all costs related to Product purchases through www.mamacitashopcurvy.it

For greater security, only the banking partner has access to the card data used for payment, while the Seller has no possibility to know or store such data.

If you buy with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.

The Buyer must pay the Seller the total price, as stated in the order. In case of non-payment of the price, the Seller will have the right to suspend the execution of the order, pursuant to and for the effects of art. 1460 of the Italian Civil Code. If the payment of the price, according to the methods indicated in the order, is not made within 5 (five) days from the sending of the order, the Seller will have the right to terminate the sales contract pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, with consequent cancellation of the order.
