The Seller undertakes to offer its Customers high-quality products. However, if a product does not meet the Customer's expectations, the right of withdrawal may be exercised, as provided for by art. 64 of the Consumer Code.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send, within 14 working days of delivery, a registered letter with return receipt to the following address:

The communication must indicate the order number relating to the products and the corresponding sales receipt for which withdrawal is intended.

Exclusions:
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized or bulk-sold products.

Product Return:
The Customer is required to return the products subject to withdrawal, at their own expense and with tracked shipping, within 14 (fourteen) working days from sending the withdrawal communication, to the same address of the Seller.

Return Conditions:
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition, having been properly stored.

Refund:
Following the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Seller will issue a discount voucher equal to the amount of the returned product, usable within 6 months.
